I think I've got a match, top is left to right Mavala 3 Paris, Nail Inc St James, Boots No7 Devils Delight, bottom is forks. Thats 1 coat, I'm going to try 2 coats and a clear coat.
That Mavala 3 Paris looks to be pretty close.
