Oh that's a very nice thread here!

I'm particulary fan of the Japanese touring bike of this thread.
Here is mine, which is a ongoing project. A few parts need to be changed to really be able to touring comfortably.

The frame is a 1957 Rochet. Which should be mounted with front suicide derailleur.

There is a slot for a dynamo, i'm still looking for a solution. Something beautiful, efficient with a fair price. Panaracer 28 mm gravelking, because these are amazing tires.

A single chainring crankset, because suicide derailleur or not easy to find or a bit out of my budget.

I found a cheap Club saddle in my area. Then carradice rear bag with their rack. Work very well too ! Rear derailleur is Huret and can take 28 teeths !

It may be the most discutable choice, but I just love this combo from Nitto. It is actually perfect for me but I need to do more kilometers to be sure. Cotton guidoline by Velox with shellac. Some Velo Orange cable housing, i'm also a big fan of those.
