Shingle vaccine intervals. No real reaction but yesterday, my HR was 10 beats higher for the same power. Last night, I felt wired sleeping. I feel okay this AM. Shingles vaccine is a two shot regimen.
Also, it appears that the Shingles Vaccine provides some protection against Covid - who knew. Here is an article that discusses a study by Kaiser in SoCal.
