You definitely do need to try it! Pfriem and Chuckanut (where the head brewer at Pfriem apprenticed at) in the PNW both use traditional decoction mashing which is the OG method that the old school continental lager brewers use. Gonna need to pickup some more Pfriem now that I'm talking about it!
