Changed out the Bayside stock tires to Schwalble Big Apples, I noticed about a 15-20% better efficiency in this bike, and the ride and handling is way better. Out for a little 29 deg. 4 mile ride, love the fenders this time of year with all the mud, leaves etc.stay nice and dry.
