Hour of power, road bike, on Fiesta with 40 second >120% efforts every lap. Fiesta is ideally suited for this workout since for all intents and purposes, it is just a long track with 4.1 mile laps. I like the idea of making every pedal stroke count for 60 minutes - very Zen like. Beautiful day with more headwind on the back straight and a head/cross on the fast section past the dog park.
For the locals, my wife did 15 miles of climbing on Cardeno on Mount Soledad. Ugh.
