Carson velodrome motor paced workout last night. 3x8 lap motor paced 2k pursuits. The first 2k I rode the last lap by myself, the 2nd, 2 laps alone and the 3rd, 3 laps alone.
Here is a video of the last 2k pursuit (8 laps) final two laps (the first lap alone was not recorded) - 31.8 mph, 425 watts, 17.6 second laps. Another chainless day. This is the fastest 3 laps I have recorded at VSC in 11 years. That was a flying 52.8 second 750 meters. I must need two previous pursuits in my legs plus 5 lap lead out and someone following me on a motor screaming faster
