Question Garmin Edge 810 DIY Battery Replacement?

It looks like the old battery in my trusty Garmin Edge 810 is not what it used to be.

I turned off Bluetooth and the back light, as Garmin suggests. On a 2-hour ride, it still lost 20% of its charge. At that rate, it won't make it through a long ride.

I'd rather not send it in to Garmin and be without the unit for who knows how long. Has anyone replaced a battery in a Garmin 800/810? It looks like a simple process.
