I would just carry some swim goggles to throw-on for a second, then just put your regular shades back on.
My over sized prescription oakley sunglasses mostly worked ( I bought them for when I used to ride a motorcycle ) did not work good enough enough for that trail.

maybe those little bugs we could under the visor anyways? they got past my sunglasses :/
