Many brake qr mechanisms rely on an over-centre action, either a toggle, or a detent, or a rotating barrel.
They all take some size of "nudge" to release.
At a minimum the nudge must overcome the brake spring(s).
I've never worried about that size nudge happening accidentally.

Neither do I worry about the wheels - held on with a similar over-centre action - falling off.
