not quite. Shimano and SRAM have the same cassette spacing (3.95mm) but Campagnolo is different enough (4.12mm) that rear shifting doesn’t work quite right if using a Shimano/ SRAM cassette on Campy derailleurs, or Campagnolo cassette on Shimano/Sram derailleurs…

11 and 12 speed are close enough that they are cross compatible
