6x3min today. I chose to go with the normal 3min from the plan instead of 2min. Man those suckers hurt if you're honest about picking your power.

It's probably a crap calc, but with them being done at 330w the Powertap rouvy app claimed 40min at 265w NP.

Now I'm hungry. Off for some recovery salad mix......womp womp womp womp.
