You like climbing so consider taking the SART to Green River and then climb it to the new foothill connector.

Its approx 3 miles up Green River and then another 1..2 up the new foothill connector to about skyline dr where you can do another slight climb approx 1 mile to the dirt fire roads that snake up about another 10 miles. Green River and Foothill have some parts that approx 10% +/-

The mtn and gravel bike riders love that 10 mile climb on mostly smooth dirt. I did it a few times on an older hard tail but needed a few breaks to catch my breath
