I have found that most opticians will be happy to put lenses into cheap frames cutting them to any size you stipulate. I used to put lenses in to 100 yen store (dollar store) rimless reading glasses, for about 51USD (50 for the lens) per pair.
These half frames be found cheaply second hand or from dollar stores. Rimless supported at the bottom of the lens might also be an option. So you could probably get his done in Taiwan a lot cheaper than any of the stores above.
