The on the left looks like a 1st generation Chorus. The other is almost certainly a Croce D'Aune. Both can use either regular bolts or self-extracting ones. I'm assuming that the Croce is the one with the self-extractors, hence the steel washer in the bottom of the hole, which should be removed if you're switching to regular bolts.
If you like self-extracting crank bolts, Sugino makes new ones.
