Treated myself to a rocker plate for Christmas after realizing that I have averaged 475 hours on the trainer the last two years (480/470.) I've done a few rides on it now and it's pretty sweet, but really does highlight the lack of coordination between my upper and lower bodies from all of the time of the static trainer. I also picked up some old school rollers for recovery days to work on that as well. This is a light week on the plan, so I did some short VO2 intervals today with light spinning between and then hit the gym for an hour of weights.
