Not MY exact bikes, but they are generally the same.
See how the Citizen (bottom) has a high rise stem that is directly in line with the steering tube?
Thus 0 degree bend and smaller cockpit and upright seating only

The Dahon Mariner (top) the high rise stem bends to vertical.
Thus 25-30 degree bend and a more spacious cockpit allowing a more aggressive riding position.

So I'm looking for a high rise stem that will fit a 22.2 mm quill stem fork with a 25-30 degree bend to make the high rise stem at or near vertical for a more spacious cockpit and more aggressive riding position on the Citizen bike.

If there is a non folding solution, that would be even better but at this point, it's optional.

So, 22.2 mm quill stem, 25-30 degree bend to near vertical, 350mm or something close, even telescoping.

That is what I am looking for.
