Went to SD Velodrome on Saturday and there were a couple of guys there who left so we had the track to ourselves. I have switched to high intensity short duration workouts for awhile. These are anaerobic threshold and neuromuscular with a couple of max efforts (track sprints). I used a 96 as SDV which is sort of big for me on that track. It felt okay.
Beautiful day at the track in SD but windy i.e. typical wind.
