Hi guys and girls I need help for my choice buying first mountain bike I will use mostly for commuting and stuff like uber eats. First of all I must tell that I feel comfortable in both so that is not issue here. I am new to bike world so I want to detail 2 bikes I will call A and B here please let me choose. Both are same prices. In regards of specs which has better value ? I have 5.4 height. I tried both I felt comfortable in both. I have smaller torso so both frames are small and good for me.
Bike A: 27.5 inch wheels, Casette, shimano Altus transmission, much better seat, Old type V brakes (I think this is the reason this deal is so cheap), metallic pedals !, older design (cables outside the frame which is not a big deal perhaps) 15.5 inch frame (slightly lighter)
Bike B: 26 inch wheels, freewheel, lowest end shimano tourney transmission, worse seat(hurts bottom), mechanical disc brakes, better design (cables going inside the frame) 16 inch frame (slightyly heavier) and plastic bike pedals.
My country is very flat but we get a lot of mud rain and snow... I feel bike A has everything better than bike B except brakes. But since my country is flat I don't know.... Please help me choose..
