You'd have to measure the pedal axle to saddle top distance on both bikes, but it looks to me like the Fuji has a noticeably higher saddle. If it were my bike, I'd take out all the spacers and put on a -17° stem, get the bars as low as they'll go without it looking weird. Most long distance riders I know have their bars about level with their saddle or a little below, like mine. I suggest that might be the most comfortable fit since people who do 90 hour rides have their bikes set up that way.
