Saint Paul, Minnesota, on the mighty Mississippi. It appears the amenities have suffered significantly since I last visited down here. There is lots of new
affordable housing in temporary installments down along the river. Our new neighbors are quiet at this time of morning, huddled in their tents, as they were. Respecting their privacy as much as I could, I did not point my camera anywhere else on this trail.
