As it sits, a $400 bike all day. With the frame chips nicely hand filled, a longer stem…$500.
Hard to sell for more than that with friction shifting that requires handstands to convert to indexed due to braze on type.
But I’d pay $400 as it sits. Heck, if your friend doesn’t want to pay that much, I will, plus shipping.
