Hard to sell for more than that with friction shifting that requires handstands to convert to indexed due to braze on type.
But I’d pay $400 as it sits. Heck, if your friend doesn’t want to pay that much, I will, plus shipping.
That is along the lines of my thinking. Tires, freewheel, and Shimano chain all with under 200 miles amounts to $150 that a purchaser need not spend.
