I've had a few sets of Vuelta wheels with cartridge hubs for about 10 years. The 26" pair have been in rainstorms quite a bit and the hubs are doing fine. Nashbar used to carry them, but Amazon has them. Mine are cheap ones - I think I paid $125 for them.
