South of the Southern State is Massapequa Nature Preserve, Nassau County. North is State, DOT. Till BP then BP state park, then north of that is state park - Trailview SP.

Nobody understood why when the they created the Trailview State Park, they only made it the section north of Bethpage, and didn't include the section south of BPSP to the Massapequa Preserve.
