I measured the chain stay width at the tips of 175mm cranks on both my San Jose and my All-City Nature Boy. Both have approximately the same width, so the Shimano CX-50 that I have on my All-City should work on the Bianchi. As far as I know, the CX70 has the same geometry as the CX-50.
