Good Morning and welcome to the forums. First of all where are you and the bike? In the US market the Vitoria was equipped with a Campagnolo Victory group and it came in yellow in ‘86. The only other top line yellow bike Was the ‘87 Superleggera but it had a completely different kit on it.

If this was near me I’d have a hard time paying more than $450-500. It is cool color for an Italian Bianchi and has some cool parts but looks like it needs lots of elbow grease to make a nice bike out of it.
