Well, I went to the basement to Zwift away. Something simple just to keep moving (Casse-Pattes) because I was feeling off when I woke up. I went to the gym this morning and got a weak 750Ms in the pool. Slow, bad form, etc.
I got on the bike and made it half a mile before my body gave me a dope slap. Sometimes you just need to start a workout to get in the right mindset. Tonight was not one of those nights.
I’m now enjoying a wonderful porter and am going to have a bowl of Half Baked, then go to bed early.
