just a dig a the Healthcare industry in general. Even at the micro-Doctor level the care is quite often mediocre. Probably due to the way they are compensated. This seems especially true in my experience with specialists. I will attest that my primary care physician is fantastic. Chick Fil-A (@datlas level) customer service.
