Rethink this. You'd have to change EVERYTHING. Is this bike a rear wheel motor? If so it's not possible, as far as I know, to convert to XDR. Maybe Shimano 11, depends on the wheel. I think you'd need a new rear wheel no matter what you do. You could keep the brakes, but if you're going to top level shifting components why keep mechanical brakes? This 'upgrade' makes no sense.
