I have an interval workout planned tomorrow and Thursday, with a long group ride on Saturday, but that would drive my TSB well below -50.
I hit -58 yesterday, but my CTL is still only 40 so it's not so bad. When my CTL was in the ~100 range, -40 TSB felt like hell.
