Bianchi ATBs are not as desirable as their road models and the Timberwolf was their bottom ATB model in the mid-1990s. MSRP was in the $250-$300 US range, depending on the exact year. Specifications vary, with frame material ranging from hi-tensile steel to plain gauge CrMo. Major components were low end Shimano, Tourney and/or Altus. Secondary and tertiary components were typically low recognition Taiwanese or Chinese brands. Basically, these were department store level bicycles but with a high profile brand name on the frame.
