big weekend, saturday 75miles, 235 TSS. Today 85miles, 207 TSS. Felt a little wrecked yesterday but recovered all day eating and sitting around, feel good today. Both rides were the longest rides of the year so far (most of my rides are limited to 2hrs)
These were the end of my "recovery week" (did endurance all week), build for CX season starts this week. Not looking forward to the suffering but am looking forward to having a little more pop, sweet spot work has me a bit too flat.
