Howdy

Hi folks.

My dad recently gave me his 80's steel bicycle. It's unbraded but Columbus SL with a Campagnolo Nuovo Record groupset, and I had no clue what I inherited. The frame's a bit big, but it still is far more enjoyable than riding on my 1999 Cannondale R300 that fits me better.

The more I started looking into the history of the bike (and learning about my father's past as a national team member in Korea), I'm now convinced that 80's high grade steel is sublime.

Hope to learn more about high-end bicycles from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, and get to hear some good stories from this community en route.

Thanks!
