I asked and Kuota is Canadian and these cranks are made in Taiwan. But I just see bicycles on their site.
Also found another Kuota bicycle in Germany. Maybe they moved,as the one from Canadian is showing older models and they do look like they are OOB.
Did some more research and they are/were an Italian bike company. They made expensive high end bikes. I think I do remember Competitive Cyclist selling some of their stuff a few years back.
I ordered the cranks this morning, I think they'll be pretty nice.
