Day 4…


Day 4 started with Doctors Riksheim, Diamond and Black conducting emergency surgery in the Ripplewood OR on Patient Olmo, providing a reprieve for the malfunctioning freewheel and reassembling the derailleur and chain.




Sadly, the patient expired about 10 miles down the road, vomiting ball bearings all over the shoulder. The attitude for the morning was illustrated by Dave’s socks.


After leaving Thor and Olmo by the roadside to hit hike to Vambria, Andrew and Dave carried on, drinking in much amazing scenery (and brutal hills), finishing at the rather luxurious Ragged Point Inn.
