Currently in the planning stage for a summer build project. I pulled the trigger on a vintage early-80s steel frame--obscure American builder, no spoilers yet. I have most of what I will need, but I'm going to take some time and tune/clean/polish what I have while sorting out the loose ends.
Slippery slope, I started this/that with the Eroica Merz, cleaned up, changed a couple of things, came back, cleaned and sorted another 1 plus two more good cleanups.
Then started digging, sussing and cleaning several parts, hung some of them on a build to complete it with many more cleaned and ready to use.
Then changed a few parts on another and got it good to go.
So 6 more bikes good to go, that's more than I gotten done in more than a year.
Unfortunately a meager drop in the bucket and running out of steam with so many other non-bike related projects blowing up in my face.
