1983 Nishiki Rally I saved from the trash (and previously sitting outside for a LONG time based on the rust on it).. converted drop bars to comfort and put a Shimano 6-spd index shifter on to replace the originals.
All cleaned, re-cabled, changed seat, new tires, new chain, swapped wheels for alloy QR wheels I had available..
