I believe in using cookware until it dies. Unless new stuff would either make your life easier or make the food taste better.

I know people scoff at non-stick cooking surfaces, but we have a set of Scanpan Pro cookware, and I love it. That and my cast iron skillets.

Our "lifetime" noncoated cookware never gets used anymore.
