Agree and for your intended "using this as a gravel/commuter bike" this bike is way overkill especially given the classic rarity factor. This bike was a good as they get for the era and could be used for much more challenging use cases given you have the cardio, legs and skills.
I think gravel and town riding is exactly what these bikes are still good for.
