The problem is that the kitchen is where many of the people who have something to say of value are located. In BF’s case, many who know a lot about T&N are in General, Road and Racing. And many who add no value whatsoever other than disrupt threads are located there as well. And there are many in T&N who think they know a lot about training and nutrition that do not. So it goes.
Let’s get back on topic and not disrupt this thread.
