I still have it on my Mercian which is running 2x10 Ultegra. Pros: calculated cadence, gear indicator, battery has lasted for years. Cons: changes to the display and start/stop recording is easily triggered by my hand position, so it's not reliable for distance etc. Redundant to Ride With GPS on my phone/watch. Next time I wrap my bars I'll probably disconnect it and put the head unit on display next to my Avocet 30, Casio BOSS, Palm Pilot, Blackerry and eight-inch floppy discs.

....any moment now, someone will mention their Multito...
