Unfortunately the fork has an AL steerer vs the full carbon older one. It also didn't come with a headset or compression plug etc. I'm actually going to try to reuse the old fork and headset with things here and from my cursory reading, I think they should be compatible. The old fork is obviously a different color. If I go through with things, I might take it off next summer, sand it down, and have it painted either black or orange.

In the grand scheme of things, I think this worked out pretty well. Thankful to the seller for being stand up. I think I'm going to end up a bit more out of pocket than I'd hoped, but I'm going to end up with a better bike overall imho.

Looking forward to getting the build going! Crossing my fingers I can have it done this week though I'll need to drop it off at the shop to have the rear brake line swapped over.
