The one you found looks right and might be fine too. Just never heard of it. I have a Wheels Mfg 24mm BB on my R3 and it’s been good.
I wanted to add. Pop out the dust shield clean the bearings with solvent. Then soap and water. Blow dry with compressed air. Push some grease in there and pop the grease seal back in.. if it just dry it's OK to fix it, as long as it's not crunchy feeling.
