Ritchey Swiss Cross.

The drivetrain is an absolute comedy mash - up, 3 x 11 with a 48-36-26 in front and 11-34 in rear, comprised of a 105 + Tiagra brifters, Tiagra FD, GRX 810 rear derailleur, and a Deore XT T8000 crankset with a Stages power meter, all paired to TRP Spyre mechanical discs. It all works without a hitch, surprisingly enough.

Wheels are LB R45 which used to be on my road bike with Carbon-Ti hubs, and GP5000 TLR in 32mm complete the ensemble.

Ritchey seatpost and stem, ZIPP 36cm bars, Specialized Power Saddle, Xpedo spry flat pedals.

Total mash-up of all sort of bits and bobs and various parts but it's a fun to ride as a light gravel / allroad / commuting / everything bike.

Pretty quick on the road, too.
