Valuation by an internet forum based on two low res photos is not likely to be accurate or definitive when it comes to an insurance claim. I'd suggest taking the bike's remains and any good photos of it prior to the accident to a good shop in your area that knows the value of bikes like this and get a detailed written valuation/assessment from them -- much morel likely to be both accurate for your region and accepted as correct by the insurance company.
