This is a freewheel with a cassette. Yes.

I'm not talking about the Parktool FR1.3 to remove the freewheel from the wheel.

We need a bigger tool to undo the lockring to get the cassette off the freewheel.
You dont do that or a thousand insignificantly small bearings will scatter across your floor and bench. Although removing the larger lock ring will let you access the gears they are don't have typical cassette splines and there aren't aftermarket replacements, you just replace the whole freewheel.
