I'm finding the 10min warm up in the workouts at 1/3 FTP ramp to 50% is pretty rubbish and waste of time. ERG mode on of course.

The first free trial expired (KM limited), on the 7 day free trial now. I'm going to see if I can make my own workouts where I'm not bored in the first 12mins.

I did find my Iphone 6 doesn't like pairing many BT devices and cuts out. Most important cut out the signal to the Kickr while on interval...OUCH darn flywheel would not move. I feared the worst and thought the trainer was broken already!! Moved the movie to my phone and ran the machine and all devices off the Ipad like i've done before and seemed to have worked.
