Heavy equipment like that can utterly destroy an MUP. They generally weren't excavated deep enough, don't have as much road base or layers of asphalt as a regular road. Contractors doing work here frequently cause major damage to the MUP by running heavy equipment across it without taking necessary precautions like laying dirt over the path or using heavy steel plates.
