I was told to do it 3 times a day, 3 repetitions per side (L & R) until it stopped. I think it was gone after 3 or 4 days. It is gone completely. You do it yourself on a bed. It takes 10 or 15 minutes each time so 30-45 minutes per day. Search YouTube for a visual demonstration.
